Project Overview
This website project was a BUILD Interactive initiative aimed at redefining the online presence of Vista Residences, a premier property developer known for its luxurious condominiums. As part of BUILD’s design and development team, I played a key role in shaping the UI/UX design to enhance the brand’s digital identity and ensure a seamless, engaging user experience.
This project focused on creating a website that:
- Offers a visually immersive experience through high-quality imagery and multimedia integration.
- Captures the upscale aesthetic of Vista Residences.
- Delivers an intuitive and interactive experience for potential buyers.
- Provides clear and structured property details to assist in investment decisions.
Early Designs
Through BUILD, I helped create the initial design of their website. The website and CMS (Content Management System) was developed by an external consultant.

Rebranding Strategies
Vista Residences eventually went through a couple of rebranding strategies and decided to update the look of their website. The following design studies have their mobile-ready counterparts as well. While BUILD wasn’t able to get this project during this time, the last design we provided has eventually been utilized by their developers.
