A Real Estate App Designed for Elevated Living
The Vista Pinehill App UI/UX design was created under BUILD Interactive for Vista Residences, tailored specifically for their mid-rise condominium property in Baguio, Philippines. The app was built to support property browsing and selection on both iOS and Android platforms.
This portfolio piece highlights the UI/UX design work, which played a key role in shaping the app’s functionality and user flow. I also contributed front-end development support during the app’s production.
Feature-Focused Interface with Custom Visuals
To support Vista Pinehill’s nature-forward branding, the app incorporated the following features:
- Custom-Illustrated Interactive Location Map: Letting users explore the property’s surroundings within the context of Baguio’s iconic landmarks and terrain.
- Interactive Building, Floor, and Unit Selection: Designed for an intuitive selection process, from viewing available floors to choosing individual units.
- Unit and Amenities Gallery: Featuring visual overviews of each unit and amenity space to help buyers visualize the lifestyle offering.
- Nature-Themed Visual Style: Soft greens, browns, and clean lines were used to echo the cool, laid-back vibe of the property’s setting.
The mockups were all created in Adobe Photoshop, then later handed off for implementation.
