Classical Inspiration Meets Branded Simplicity
The Trevi Towers App was developed for Vista Residences’ three-tower development previously known as Laureano di Trevi Towers, located along Chino Roces Avenue in Makati. This real estate application served as an interactive tool for potential homeowners and investors, allowing users to explore building exteriors, typical floor plans, and amenities through a mobile interface.
The project went through two major design directions. The first drew inspiration from classical architecture, with UI elements mimicking marble textures and column details to match the name “Laureano di Trevi.” Later, we transitioned into a more modern, streamlined interface based on Trevi’s updated branding—clean, sharp, and color-forward.
Features & Interactivity
Designed with HTML/CSS/jQuery and packaged using Apache Cordova, the app was deployed across Android and iOS tablets. It included:
- Interactive 3D View of the Towers with labeled touchpoints
- Payment Calculator for on-the-spot financing estimates
- Interactive Floor Plan showcasing residential layouts
The earlier version of the app included a 3D floorplan
As with my work on the Presidio App, I also created the 3D render of the general floor plan, used to help users visualize typical unit layouts per level.
Design Evolution

Inspired by marble columns and flourishes
Brochure-Based Design
A more contemporary approach

Each version of the design was customized to reflect both the project’s luxurious aesthetic and the client’s shifting brand identity. From the marble flourishes of the earlier build to the crisper, more contemporary layout in the final version, the design evolved to meet both intent and usability standards.
