Project Overview
The Hudson Interactive App is an interactive real estate application developed for Vista Residences’ high-rise, mixed-use development in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines. Designed to assist real estate agents and developers, the app offers an immersive experience to explore the property through custom-illustrated maps, interactive floor plans, and unit selection features.
While the user experience (UX) framework was predefined, I contributed significantly in the following areas:
- User Interface (UI) Design: Crafted a minimalist and intuitive interface to enhance user engagement.
- Custom-Illustrated Interactive Location Map: Developed detailed maps highlighting nearby landmarks and key areas.
- Graphic Enhancements: Improved visual clarity and engagement by refining floor plans, unit layouts, and building exteriors.
- Application Development: Collaborated in developing the app within the predefined framework using Flash, ensuring seamless integration of design elements.
Key Features
The application, developed using Flash, was deployed for both Windows and web platforms. Key features include:
- Custom-Illustrated Interactive Location Map: Allows users to explore The Hudson’s location, surrounding landmarks, and key areas in Bonifacio Global City.
- Interactive Site Development Plan: Enables real estate agents and buyers to navigate the entire development layout effortlessly.
- Building Exterior and Floor Selection: Provides an interactive method to browse different floors, enhancing the buying experience.
- Interactive Floor Plans and Unit Selection: Designed and refined floor plan visuals to ensure clarity and accessibility for prospective buyers.
Design Contributions
A major highlight of this project was defining the app’s visual identity. Using the predefined user experience of the framework, I focused on shaping the minimalist aesthetic of the UI, aligning with modern real estate applications. The custom-illustrated location map significantly enhanced the app’s interactivity and visual appeal.
