Shiro was born of a wealthy daimyo. From what daimyo clan he belonged to, it was unknown. The only person who knew was the sole survivor of the clan—Shiro himself.

Seventeen years ago, Shiro’s family was raided by a band of pirates. All of their belongings and riches were stolen and the young women in the clan were forcibly taken away, while all their homes were destroyed and burnt to the ground. All of this, Shiro watched hopelessly as he hid inside one of the trapdoors.
