The Portofino App is an interactive real-estate application developed by BUILD for Brittany’s Portofino, a premier Italian-inspired real estate community. Designed as an interactive tool for prospective homeowners and investors, this app provided an intuitive way to explore vicinity maps, masterplans, house models, and amenities.

My design philosophy for this project revolved around:
- Sleek, dark-themed UI with gold accents for a luxurious feel
- Clean typography for readability and seamless navigation
- Interactive masterplan maps showcasing Portofino Heights, Portofino South, and Amore at Portofino
- Smooth menu transitions for a polished, high-end digital experience

- Masterplan Navigation: Users could explore different Portofino villages with zoomable, interactive maps.
- House Model Galleries: Detailed floor plans and interior previews for each home model.
- Amenities & Facilities Guide: High-quality visuals showcasing clubhouses, parks, and exclusive residential features.
- Investment & Pricing Tools: A payment calculator for quick financing estimates.
Final Thoughts
Although this design was not the final iteration selected by the client, it served as an exercise in merging luxury aesthetics with a refined user experience. This project further solidified my approach to elegant, minimalist UI design within real estate applications.
