Taken directly from the pages of the manga Midori no Hibi (美鳥の日々 or Midori Days) by Kazurou Inoue. This is a digitized version of the manga panel. The manga follows Seiji Sawamura, who one day finds his right hand replaced with a girl named Midori Kasugano and his attempts to return her to her real body.

Digital Inks & Colors

Using Photoshop, I vectored out the lines and the shapes (or digitally inked and colored, as I call it) to give it a more solid, flat look and some additional shading and highlights.

About Me

I’m JP B. Bantigue—a designer, digital illustrator, and longtime comic art enthusiast. Inks & Colors is where I return to the craft of inking and digital coloring, often working over existing linework to bring characters and scenes to life. Whether it’s a commission, a tribute, or an experimental study, I find joy in tracing lines with purpose and layering colors to build mood and texture.
