Brief History:

In an alternate timeline, Ziro has been successfully converted by Union X into a Project Canceller. In this reality, he wears a mask with a line going down from the eye. It symbolizes a tear, or how he is still a prisoner even though he has already been freed from the darkness.

Due to the extreme override he released in the Abandoned Sanctum, his limbs became dysfunctional, leaving him half-dead. Union X, believing that his power would become useful to them, attached several mechanical parts to him, making him half-machine.
