Design Study and App Development
This project was a combined design and development effort for the Camella North Luzon App, created under BUILD for Camella, one of the largest house and lot developers in the Philippines. The primary purpose of the app is to serve as a digital catalog and navigation tool for Camella’s North Luzon developments—providing potential homeowners and agents with a helpful visual reference to browse through properties, amenities, and location details.
App Features
I built the app using HTML, CSS, and jQuery, then compiled for mobile devices via Apache Cordova. It was later made available through Google Play.
Here are the key interactive features:
- Custom-illustrated Location Map for exploring subdivision areas.
- Subdivisions Module for each project with individual overviews.
- Amenity Gallery showcasing lifestyle imagery of the communities.
- Model Homes Gallery with floorplans, renderings, and home options.
Using assets provided by the Client, I created all mock-ups using Adobe Photoshop, tailoring it to fit both aesthetic goals and functional responsiveness for mobile.

Designed to showcase subdivisions and highlight amenities in an intuitive layout. I kept the visuals approachable and aligned with Camella’s branding, using soft textures and colors that reflected a homely atmosphere.
This project balanced practicality with emotional connection—a digital experience meant to resonate with families exploring their dream home options.
