A High-Rise App Concept Centered on User Experience
The Bradbury Heights App began as a UI/UX design concept for Vista Residences under BUILD Interactive. This early-stage study focused on their high-rise development in Manila—originally referred to as the Vista Laong Laan App.
Though the app itself was never developed, the interface was carefully designed to explore real estate interaction from a user-first perspective. This Bradbury Heights App UI/UX design focused entirely on experience and layout strategy.
Designing a Real Estate App
The design prototype was intended to run on BUILD’s internal framework, with the following features:
- A custom-illustrated interactive location map
- Visual floor and building selectors
- Modular unit selection
- A conceptual payment calculator screen
These elements were mocked up to demonstrate a seamless and modern app experience for future users of the property platform.
Exploring Floating Layouts and Visual Variations
What made this design stand out was the use of a floating layout. Unlike the older, traditional templates we have used for previous projects, the UI was clean and unobtrusive—menus and navigation only appeared when triggered, leaving space to showcase visual assets front and center.
We also created a second design variation—a “University Series” re-skin that matched a different marketing peg for the property. The layout remained the same, but the look and tone shifted to evoke a more academic and structured vibe.
A Valuable UI/UX Study for Future Property Platforms
Even as a concept, this UI/UX design for Bradbury Heights showed how adaptable interface design can be. It emphasized modularity, clean transitions, and scalable components. The work laid the foundation for future apps that prioritize user experience without compromising brand versatility.
