Redesign and redevelopment of the current Avida Land Website, complete with its own Content Management System built from the ground up. Avida Land is the mid-range brand of major property developer Ayala Land Inc.

Home Page, Full Layout
By default, the Home Page starts with the Basic Property Finder options. Changing the options should instantly affect the Featured Properties within the Home Page. Users can toggle more options using the Advanced Property Finder modal.
Scrolling the page should affix the property finder options below the navigation menu. The black, mini navigation bar should automatically hide as well.
Dynamic Search
Auto-regenerate results
The Search Results should easily adapt to the options selected in the basic property finder. Changing any option should automatically change the displayed properties.
Property page
Full page layout
The property page is divided into sections, while the main features of the property are segregated under tabs, or in this case, icons just below the hero banner.
A preview of the hotspots within the neighborhood can be seen below the Featured Property listing, as well as, News or Events related to the location selected.
