The Wil Tower App is an interactive real-estate application developed by BUILD for the Wil Tower Mall, a mixed-use development featuring residential units, commercial spaces, and premium amenities in Quezon City, named after Willie Revillame, a famous Filipino noontime host. Designed to enhance property exploration, the app allowed potential buyers to interactively browse floor plans, unit options, and community features.

In this project, my primary contributions included:

• Assisting a junior developer in refining the app’s functionality and structure.
• Creating detailed 3D renders of the amenity and residential floor plans for use in the application.

My Role in the Project

• Technical Guidance & Developer Support: I provided hands-on assistance to a junior developer, helping refine the application’s structure, navigation, and interactive elements to ensure a smooth user experience.
• 3D Renders for Interactive Exploration: I created the 3D floor plans showcasing Wil Tower’s amenities, residential layouts, and unit options. These renders offered an immersive way for users to explore the property’s features.
