The Pine Suites Tagaytay Website was designed and developed under BUILD for Vista Residences, Inc. Pine Suites Tagaytay is a three-tower, mid-rise residential development located in Tagaytay, Philippines.
This project aimed to create a visually appealing, user-friendly platform where potential buyers could explore available condominium units, view amenities, and reserve properties online. The approved design provided an elegant, seamless browsing experience, ensuring users could easily navigate through the site on both desktop and mobile devices.

The website serves as an informative and interactive platform for prospective buyers. Key features include:
- Unit Availability System: Users can check real-time availability of condominium units across different floors.
- Interactive Reservations: Buyers can reserve their preferred units directly through the platform.
- Development & Amenities Overview: Showcases Pine Suites Tagaytay’s Scandinavian-inspired architecture, lush courtyards, and premium amenities like a clubhouse, pool, gym, and landscaped gardens.
- Mobile-Friendly & Responsive Design: Optimized for seamless browsing across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Design Approach
The website design captures the essence of Pine Suites Tagaytay’s brand identity—a premium leisure condominium in Tagaytay City. The aesthetic direction focused on:
- Nature-Inspired Colors & Visuals: Earthy tones, wooden textures, and natural green elements to complement the cool, relaxing ambiance of the property.
- Elegant Yet Functional UI: Clean typography and well-structured layouts to enhance readability and navigation.
- Smooth User Experience: Thoughtful UX design ensuring easy access to floor plans, unit availability, and reservation options.
My Role in the Project
As the Multimedia Manager at BUILD, I worked on:
- Conceptualizing the UI/UX design based on Pine Suites’ branding and market positioning.
- Contributing to creating several design studies, along with my colleague Kat Perez, with the approved version delivering the best balance of aesthetics and functionality.
- Optimizing usability and responsiveness, ensuring a seamless user journey across different devices.
Outcome & Impact
The Pine Suites Tagaytay Website successfully provided Vista Residences with a strong digital presence, allowing potential buyers to conveniently explore and reserve units online. The intuitive interface and real-time availability system streamlined the property selection process, improving the overall user experience for both clients and sellers.
